IKan asin yang sudah digoreng ditambahkan ketika nasi liwet setengah matang.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Bahan&lt;br/&gt;500 gram beras&lt;br/&gt;150 gram ikan asin japuh goreng&lt;br/&gt;1200 ml air&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Bumbu&lt;br/&gt;8 siung bawang merah, iris tipis&lt;br/&gt;3 lembar daun salam&lt;br/&gt;20 buah cabe rawit&lt;br/&gt;2 sdt garam&lt;br/&gt;1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk (jika suka)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sambal Dadak&lt;br/&gt;4 siung bawang merah&lt;br/&gt;8 nuah cabai rawit merah&lt;br/&gt;1 cm kencur&lt;br/&gt;1/2 buah tomat segar&lt;br/&gt;1/4 sdt garam&lt;br/&gt;1 sdt gula putih&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cara Membuat&lt;br/&gt;Cuci beras hingga bersih, lalu masukkan ke dalam kastrol (semacam panci). Tambahkan air dan bumbu, aduk rata. Masak di atas api kecil hingga setengah matang.&lt;br/&gt;Masukkan ikan japuh goreng. Masak kembali hingga nasi liwet matang. tipis&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minyak goreng&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sendok Saus sambal&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 sendok saus
